How to use

Ingredients

Lavender - Its gentle aroma is effective in promoting sleep and reducing anxiety. Lavender naturally calms and soothes the mind, promoting rest and relaxation, making it an ideal choice for relieving stress, tension and irritability and promoting a peaceful sleep as a natural sedative.

Roman Chamomile - Studies have also found that roman chamomile not only significantly lowers anxiety, but also improves sleep quality and is very effective in reducing anxiety. 

Vetiver  - the earthy aroma of vetiver is beneficial for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia or depression. It is recommended for physical, mental and emotional burnout which results from total exhaustion. Vetiver is cooling and in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which in turn nourishes Yin energy – this is important for promoting restorative sleep.

Petitgrain – the high linalool content of petitgrain naturally complements lavender, whichalso has a high linalool content. Petitgrain is often recommended for nervous exhaustion,and stress-related conditions. It is relaxing and is often used in blends for insomnia.

Clary sage – the linalool in clary sage also works in synergy with lavender, petitgrain and bergamot – all of which have a high percentage of linalool. Clary sage is beneficial for treating anxiety, stress, nervous tension and depression. It promotes long lasting inner tranquility and is also recommended to bring us more closely in touch with the dream world. Clary sage is one of the better essential oils for restoring a sense of calm, especially when we feel high levels of anxiety and restlessness.

Sweet orange – commonly used in aromatherapy as it is considered to have mildly sedative and antidepressant effects. It is often recommended for anxiety, alleviating nervous tension and depression. It has a delightful sweet aroma which lifts the spirits and is ideal for the hard-working individual that is a high achiever and does not know how to relax. Highly recommended when one is feeling gloomy and one is taking life too seriously.

Geranium – together with lavender, geranium is one of the most popular essential oils in aromatherapy. Lavender and geranium work in synergy to create a calming effect that reduces anxiety and our response to stress. Geranium helps to restore emotional harmonyand can be useful to reduce moodiness and mood swings.

Bergamot - when blended with lavender, it is well known in aromatherapy to promote emotional stability, reduce anxiety, irritability, moodiness and pessimism. Has a high linaloolcontent which works well in synergy with lavender, petitgrain and clary sage to promote a relaxing night sleep.

Find a clean and happy home for your blooms—a vase! Fill it with fresh, lukewarm water. Remember, flowers love hydration just like you do!

Step 3: Trim, Trim, Trim!

Grab your trusty scissors and trim about 1-2 inches from the bottom of each stem at a diagonal angle. This will help the flowers absorb water more efficiently and prolong their lifespan.

Step 4: Maintain and Enjoy

Place your bouquet in a cool, well-lit area away from direct sunlight and drafts. Check the water level daily and replenish as needed. Remove any wilted flowers or leaves to keep the arrangement looking fresh.

Bonus Step: Hydrate and Refresh

Maintain a healthy hydration routine for your flowers. Check the water level daily and provide a drink when needed. Show your care by changing the water every 2-3 days, just like refreshing their favourite beverage. Keep the love flowing by ensuring they have plenty of water.
