Cancelling Orders

Need to change your plans? No problem! If you wish to cancel your order, simply get in touch with us right away. We're here to lend a hand. However, please keep in mind our cancellation and refund conditions:

  • If we've already prepared or arranged your flowers, we can't cancel the order or provide a refund.
  • Once your order is in the capable hands of the courier or has been delivered, we're unable to process cancellations or refunds.
  • For those special orders that involve us procuring specific flowers just for you, we're unable to offer a refund upon cancellation. 

Flower Product Imagery

Our website is like a glimpse into a colourful wonderland, but please remember that Mother Nature likes to keep us on our toes. The flowers and colours you see are meant as a guide, and variations will occur due to the natural beauty of flowers and seasonal availability. Fear not, though! Our talented team will do their best to maintain the overall value and aesthetic of the arrangement you choose. If the bouquet doesn't match the image exactly, we won't be able offer a refund since those images are just for inspiration.

After Delivery

Your flower bouquet should grace your surroundings for a duration of approximately 4-7 days. The longevity of your blooms depends on their variety and the TLC they receive. To keep the magic alive, consult our flower care guide, where you'll discover the secrets to preserving their fresh charm. Please keep in mind that once the flowers have been delivered, we can't take responsibility for any issues resulting from neglect, like forgetting to give them a sip of water or exposing them to wild temperature swings. Homewares & Gifts Returns Policy

Ah, the realm of change! We understand that sometimes your heart takes a different path. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. For those change-of-mind moments, we'll happily provide a store credit to keep your adventure going.

To qualify for a return, just ensure that your item meets these criteria:

  • It's in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It remains unused and cozily nestled in its original packaging.
  • Don't forget to bring the receipt or proof of purchase along for the ride!

Damages and Issues

Sometimes things just don't go as planned. If your item arrives with a surprise defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item altogether, please don your detective hat and inspect it upon arrival. If any such issues arise, contact us immediately! Our expert team will investigate the matter and work closely with you to make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we love to be as flexible as possible, certain items just can't be returned. These include perishable goods (flowers and plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). If you have any questions about specific items, don't hesitate to reach out.

Unfortunately, our sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
