Local Courier Delivery

Welcome to the Wild Forager flower delivery experience. We offer convenient flower delivery services across parts of Sydney from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Our delivery options include same-day delivery, carefully managed by our dedicated team, as well as outsourced delivery through reliable courier services.

  • To ensure the magic of same-day delivery, please place your order before 11am EST. This gives us ample time to create something truly spectacular just for you!
  • The cost of delivery varies depending on the suburb, starting from $12. Please note that delivery charges are subject to change, but don't worry, any updates will be reflected on our website.
  • Our delivery hours are between 9AM and 5:30PM, allowing us to sprinkle joy throughout the day. While we can't grant specific time slots due to factors like location and delivery efficiency, we'll do our best to make your flowers arrive with a smile!
  • When it comes to delivering to a school address, we're on it! We make every effort to ensure the flowers arrive within school hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • In the unlikely event of any issues or delays with the delivery, rest assured, we'll promptly contact you to provide updates. We take great care in delivering your flowers safely. However, please understand that unforeseen circumstances, like third-party courier hiccups, may happen, but trust us, we'll work closely with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Once the flowers have been delivered to a concierge or front desk at the specified address, we can't be held responsible for ensuring the gift reaches its intended recipient.
  • Hospital deliveries - If the patient has been discharged before the flowers arrive, they'll be returned back to Wild Forager. In that case, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Undeliverable Items

A flower order becomes "undeliverable" if any of the following conditions are met:

  • the recipient's address is incomplete, incorrect, or simply impossible to locate
  • If there's no one available at home to receive the gift or a safe spot to leave it

In such cases, the undeliverable flowers will find their way back to Wild Forager. The customer will then be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

Units and Apartment Buildings

Delivering to units and apartment buildings can be like navigating a floral maze for our couriers. Sometimes, it may result in slight delays or even the flowers playing hide-and-seek. But fear not! To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask that customers double-check the recipient's availability on the designated day or provide a safe place to leave the flowers. If the recipient isn't home and the courier can't access the building or find a safe spot, we consider it "undeliverable." In that case, the flowers will return to Wild Forager, where we can arrange for redelivery.

A gentle reminder: Once the flowers have been delivered and left at the customer's door, we can't be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Incorrect and Incomplete Addresses

We kindly ask for a little extra care when providing us with address information. Let's make sure it's correct, complete, and up-to-date. If an incorrect or incomplete address leads us on a wild goose chase, and we deliver your order based on the provided instructions, we can't accept responsibility for any resulting issues.

In the event that we're unable to deliver to an incorrect or incomplete address, and the order makes its way back to Wild Forager, we can arrange for redelivery. However, please note that an additional delivery charge will apply, along with a fee for flowers that may need a little extra love and care.

Postal Delivery

For our non-perishable products, we offer postal delivery. You have the option to choose between regular or express delivery. Our aim is to dispatch your order within 24 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). However, please remember that providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in your order being returned back to us. If that is the case a redelivery fee will apply.

Wild Forager Free Pick Up

In addition to our delivery options, we also offer the joy of free collection for your online order at our store in Freshwater.
