Palo Santo Incense

Palo Santo "Holy Wood" Incense Sticks. The sticks are approximately 10cm x 1.5cm.

Palo Santo wood is used as an incense primarily by the peoples of Central and South America. It has a unique and pleasantly sweet aroma in its natural form. When burned, the smoke is said to clear negative thoughts and evil spirits in much the same manner as the sage used by Native Americans. It is from the same genus (Bursera) as the tree that most copal comes from (Bursera microphylla). Our Palo Santo is in small stick form. Our Palo Santo is sourced in Ecuador.
